The story
Up for sale is a lovely vintage original oil painting depicting two wrens perched together on the rim of a weathered, cracked golden-yellow garden bucket.
The bucket sits beneath a vintage brass water tap with a single dripping water droplet.
The scene is beautifully accented by climbing vines and vibrant blue wildflowers.
The artwork is executed in rich, impasto-style textures (visible on the flower petals and foliage) and features a beautiful soft-toned sky background. It is hand-signed by the artist Reiselt in the lower right-hand corner.
