The story
Vintage 1940s/1950s opaque milk glass ashtray in a gorgeous, creamy pastel peach/blush color commonly referred to as "Rose-ite."
This substantial piece features a heavy, durable pressed-glass design with a smooth open basin and four evenly spaced cigarette/cigar rest slots along the wide, rounded rim. It makes a fantastic functional statement piece for tobacciana collectors or a lovely decorative trinket catchall dish for an entry table or vanity shelf. The base features a polished ring with a clean, unmarked reverse side.
