Vintage Painted Wooden Horse Tricycle Figurine – Rustic Folk Art Holiday Decor

vintage folk art wooden horse tricycle sculpture.

Modeled closely after a 19th-century antique children's pedal toy or velocipede, this piece features a wonderfully textured, hand-chiseled solid wood body attached to a black metal hardware system.
The horse is beautifully detailed with a hand-painted floral pattern across the saddle, dark trim coloring along the mane and hooves, and a realistic brown fiber tail.

The metal steering column supports carved red wooden handlebar grips, complete with tiny attached foot pedals.

All three multi-spoke wooden wheels spin freely on their metal axles.
This piece looks great as a year-round bookshelf accent or integrated into traditional country-style Christmas displays.
